VIP box Giveaway Information
I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
1. The giveaway is operated by COSMOSS Group Limited registered in England and Wales with the Company number 13468330 at the address, 2nd Floor, National House, 60-66 Wardour Street, London, United Kingdom, W1F 0TA. COSMOSS Group Limited will be called the Organiser in this document.
2. The giveaway starts on the 21st of March 2023. The deadline to enter is on the 26th of March 2023, 11:59 PM GMT.
3. Submissions are entered via these forms:

4. Winners will be chosen at random by the Organiser from a list of participants that fulfilled all the necessary criteria. Every confirmed email that has completed all the steps will have the same odds of winning.
5. The winners will be announced on the 3rd of April on Instagram stories.
6. The participants of the giveaway are not required to make a purchase. The purchasing of our products won’t increase their odds in winning a prize.
7. The giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administrated by, or associated with Instagram.
8. The giveaway is not available to the Organiser’s staff and their families.
9. The participation in the giveaway and submitting your data is voluntary but obligatory to take part in it. We abide by the Privacy policy, which you can read on our website: www.cosmossbykatemoss.com.

II. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1. To enter this giveaway, you must be 18 years and above and a resident of the United Kingdom or European Union.
2. To take part in the giveaway you need to follow the rules below:
3. The participant must take into consideration that there is no possibility of changing their submitted data once they have entered however if they change their mind, they can pull out from the giveaway.
4. Every submitted email will have one chance of winning the prize. Each email should be connected to an Instagram Name/Handle, which can be contacted via DM by the Organiser to verify their taking part in the giveaway.
5. Every person that is drawn to win a prize will be contacted by [email protected] so they can give their address for the delivery. The address must be UK/EU based. The Organiser will arrange the prize to be delivered by the 30th of April, at the latest.
6. It is forbidden to enter the giveaway with a bot or other service that can automatically enter a participant.
7. Your entry must not include or refer to untruthful, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.
8. If the Organiser can detect false data given, it has the right to exclude the Participant from the giveaway.
9.If the Organiser cannot get into contact with the Participant (points 4. and 5.) after 3 days, the Organiser has the right to exclude them from the giveaway.
10. The Organiser does not take responsibility for faulty working systems or individual settings that prohibit somebody to complete an entry form or completing other conditions.
11. Each participant agrees that any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this giveaway will be resolved individually.
12. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of the giveaway at any time, at its discretion, whether that is modifying, suspending, or canceling the giveaway; should viruses, bugs, unauthorised human intervention, pandemics, public disruptions, or other causes beyond the Organiser's reasonable control affect the administration, security, or proper play of the giveaway.
III. PRIZES
1. 15 x VIP box, containing COSMOSS Sacred Mist, Golden Nectar, Face Cream, Face Cleanser and samples of Dusk and Dawn Tea.
2. The prize for each winner is one VIP box.
